MTN will take care of your account and connection to the MTN network, as well as sending you your monthly bill. Once you’ve done that, select a price plan and chose a cellphone. To sign an MTN Contract in store, you’ll need the following:
- Proof of residence (e.g., levy statement or electricity bill)
- Proof of income-salary slip or bank statements
- Three months’ bank statements
For MTN Voicemail setup, dial 100 and follow the prompts to record your personal greeting.
To set up MTN Call Line Identity, call 808 to activate the service if you’re on MTN Contract. The service is set up automatically for MTN PayAsYouGo customers.
